Kids Classes & After-School Guide

If your organization offers after-school programs; enrichment activities such as dance, coding, languages, swimming, etc.; or private tutoring, NOW is the time to share your information with local parents.  As the largest parent-focused media outlet in Greater Lowell and the Acton-Lexington area, we can help you spread the word quickly, efficiently and at an affordable price. With our two Macaroni KID editions - Greater Lowell and Acton-Lexington - we reach 13,000 local subscribers plus 12,000 followers on social media. 

 A Kids Classes & After-School Guide listing includes:
  • Inclusion in the Kids Classes & After-School Guide, which is promoted in weekly newsletters, ads, articles and social media from August to January
  • A detailed listing in the Classes and/or Education category of our Business Directory. See a sample Directory listing.
  • Promotion of your individual program in a minimum of two "Program Spotlight" posts on our social media channels.

An annual listing in the Kids Classes & After-School Guide is $150 for one edition or $250 for two editions.  


Additional Marketing Services: Take 20% off the total if you book two or more services.
​Example: Lowell Classes Guide and article will be $240, discounted from $300. You do not need to sign up for a guide listing to book our marketing services listed below. 

  • DISCOUNTED EBLASTS:  
    A sponsored eblast to all subscribers to share your key messaging and call to action.  Our eblasts are our most effective advertising option, with open rates from 40-65% and high click-through rates.  Include special offers, discounts, links, photos, and a call to action ~ you provide the content or we can write it for you. First come, first serve: limited dates available in August and September 

    Special 10% discount off our regular rates:
    ​$425 for Lowell edition (normally $475)
    $270 for Acton-Lexington edition (normally $300)  
    Limited number of eblasts available.

  • FEATURE ARTICLE:
    A feature article in our weekly email newsletter and on the homepage for a week.  Feature article content to be supplied by advertiser.  See sample article.  

    $150 for Lowell edition
    $100 for Acton-Lexington edition

  • THREE-MONTH SMALL BUSINESS CAMPAIGN
    Includes a three-month website ad for your program (artwork can be changed as needed) and monthly social media posts. 

    $100 per month for Lowell edition ($300 for 3 months)
    $90 per month for Acton-Lexington edition ($270 for 3 months)

  • BIRTHDAY PARTY GUIDE LISTING
    Includes a detailed one-year listing in our separate Birthday Party Guide, which is included regularly in our weekly newsletter and promoted frequently via social media.

    $125 for Lowell edition
    $125 for Acton-Lexington edition​
    $200 for both editions

​You do not need to sign up for a Guide listing to book an article or eblast.

We can add your program to the Guide and promote it at any time, from August to January.
