Unfortunately, the Westford Regency Inn, our usual location, shut down in December. Our new location is a brand-new, modern, large church space with high ceilings, lots of light, plenty of parking, and direct access off of Route 110 close to Whole Foods.
This year we are also collaborating with the Fitzpatrick Collaborative to hold a Summer Camp Fair in Pepperell in their large and welcoming space. It's an ideal location to reach families in southern NH and central MA.
Our Summer Camp Fairs are attended by hundreds of local families and are advertised widely in the Merrimack Valley, Metrowest Boston, and Boston/Cambridge area. Exhibitors have shared the following anonymous feedback in our post-fair surveys since we started our fairs in 2016:

Programs can be added to our Summer Camp Guide at any time. The Guide will be published in January and will be online and heavily promoted through July.
A Summer Camp Guide listing includes:
- Inclusion in the Summer Camp Guide, which is promoted in weekly newsletters, ads, articles and social media from January through July.
- A detailed listing in the Summer Camps category of our Business Directory.
- Two "Camp Spotlight" posts on social media. We're happy to post reels, long-form video, photos or whatever content you would like to provide.
- Add-on options such as eblasts and feature articles are available below.

Choose from the following additional options for promoting your summer camp, program or activity. You do not need to sign up for a Camp Fair space or a Summer Camp Guide listing to book an eblast or article.
Dedicated Eblast
Limited dates available! Dates fill quickly! Send a sponsored eblast to all our subscribers to share your key messaging and call to action. Our eblasts are our most effective advertising option, with open rates from 40-65% and high click-through rates. Include special offers, discounts, links, photos, and a call to action ~ you provide the content or we can write it for you.

Monthly Summer Camp Highlight Eblast
Your program will be included in a monthly Summer Camp Highlight eblast to all subscribers. The monthly eblast will highlight up to 10 featured programs to our subscribers, with a one paragraph description, link, one photo, and optional special offer for each program.

- A Dedicated Eblast is focused on ONE camp, with key messages, photos, special offers, etc.
- A Monthly Highlight Eblast features up to 10 programs, with one paragraph per program. No more than 10 programs will be included.
- $100 per month for Greater Lowell edition. Choose as many months as desired, from February through May.
- $100 per month for Acton-Lexington edition. Choose as many months as desired, from February through May.
